Pogreška prilikom pokušaja pokretanja transpajlanog TypeScript koda koristeći namespaceove

Pokušavam iskoristiti "namespace" u TypeScriptu.

Test.terminator();

Kad to kompajliram - sve je u redu, ali kad pokušam pokrenuti:
